A separate court ruling concerns Argentine citizenship procedures. In mid-2026, the National Electoral Chamber (Cámara Nacional Electoral) declared null emergency decree (DNU) 366/2025, which had given the National Directorate of Migration the power to intervene in Argentine citizenship procedures.
